Terms of Service

Welcome to Bodegs (bodegs.com). These Terms govern your use of our multi-tenant boutique platform (the “Service”), including store creation, product listings, and checkout powered by Stripe. The Service is operated by Simpliformz LLC.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Stores & products

Store owners are solely responsible for product descriptions, pricing, inventory, shipping, taxes, and customer service. Listings must not infringe third-party rights or sell prohibited goods.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Bodegs is not the merchant of record for storefront sales unless we expressly state otherwise. Chargebacks and refunds are handled per each store’s return policy and Stripe’s rules.

Print-on-demand

If you connect Printful, Printify, or similar, you authorize us to submit paid orders to that provider using your credentials. Production delays and fulfillment issues are governed by that provider’s terms.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service, scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for fraud. We may remove content or suspend stores to protect buyers and the platform.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
